Permits & Venue Approval
For bookings held in public parks, reserves, or third-party venues, the client is solely responsible for obtaining any required permits or permissions. Blossoms Play is not liable for event disruption, cancellation, fines, or closure due to lack of approval. No refunds or credits will be issued if an event cannot proceed because required permissions were not obtained.
Parking and Accessibility
To ensure safe and timely setup and pack down, accessible parking must be available close to the event location. Our setups involve heavy and bulky resources that need to be safely unloaded and packed away.
This applies to all locations – including private homes, parks, beaches, and public reserves.
If your event is in a public space and you plan to arrive early to secure a spot (e.g. picnic table or shaded area), and happen to get a nearby car park, it would be greatly appreciated if our team could use that space for unloading and loading.
Please note:
– Limited or distant parking may delay setup or reduce what we’re able to bring.
– We’re unable to transport equipment over long distances, up steep hills, or across tricky terrain (e.g. sand or crowded areas).
– Public parking availability is beyond our control, so we recommend selecting a location with ample or timed parking and arriving early when possible.
– It is the client’s responsibility to ensure parking access is suitable at the chosen location.
If you’re unsure whether your location meets these requirements, feel free to get in touch before your event.

All events held by Blossoms Play are non-refundable and will only be rescheduled if there is availability within 3 months. Use & or payment of our services / hire constitutes your acceptance & consent of our terms & conditions.
