Thank you for choosing Blossoms Play. By booking a session, workshop, party or event with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
General Terms (Applies to All Bookings)
Supervision
Children remain the responsibility of their parent, guardian or supervising adult at all times.
For birthday parties and private events, the host is responsible for ensuring all attending families understand these terms.
Clothing & Personal Belongings
Many of our activities can be messy.
Please dress children in clothes you don’t mind getting dirty.
Blossoms Play accepts no responsibility for stains, damage or loss of clothing, shoes or personal belongings.
Allergies
Please notify us before your event of any allergies or medical conditions.
Whilst we do our best to accommodate allergies, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Photography
We may photograph or film our events for marketing purposes.
If you do not wish for your child to appear in photographs, please let us know before your event.
Guests are asked to respect the privacy of other families before taking photos.
Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances
If an event cannot proceed due to severe weather, road closures, illness or circumstances beyond our control, we will work with you to reschedule wherever possible.
Sensory Play Sessions, Pop-Ups & Workshops
Cancellation Policy
• Bookings are non-refundable.
• 24 hours notice is required to transfer your booking to another session (subject to availability).
• Less than 24 hours notice will result in forfeiting your booking.
• You are welcome to transfer your ticket to another family if you can no longer attend.
Safety
Our sensory activities may contain:
food-based ingredients
paint
playdough
water
loose parts
natural materials
herbs, spices and citrus
While many materials are taste-safe, they are not intended for consumption.
Participation is at your own risk and children must remain supervised at all times.
Sensory Parties, Potion Parties & Incursions
Booking
• A $100 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your date.
• Your booking is not confirmed until the booking fee has been received.
• The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your event (or cash on the day if that’s your preference).
Venue
The client is responsible for:
obtaining council permits if required
obtaining venue approval
ensuring suitable access and parking for setup
Cancellation
If you cancel:
• The $100 booking fee is non-refundable.
• Cancellations within 14 days of your event may incur the cost of any materials already purchased specifically for your booking.
Craft Parties
Because every craft party is customised, additional booking conditions apply.
Booking & Deposit
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
• Craft materials are ordered specifically for your event once your booking is confirmed.
• Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Notice Required
A minimum of 3 weeks notice is required for all craft parties.
Bookings within 3 weeks may be accepted where possible but may incur a rush materials fee.
Final Numbers
Final guest numbers must be confirmed 21 days before your event.
After this date:
guest numbers cannot be reduced
all confirmed guests will be charged
materials will already have been ordered
Changes
Once craft items have been ordered:
projects cannot be changed
deposits cannot be refunded
Cancellation
As materials are personalised and purchased specifically for your event:
the 50% deposit is non-refundable
cancellations within 21 days of the event are non-refundable
During the Party
Children must remain supervised by a responsible adult.
Each child’s finished craft will be unique, and outcomes will naturally vary depending on age and creativity.
Late starts may reduce the number of projects completed.
